Amazing time! We had my 8th year old party and all our guest loved it. Clean bathrooms, clean play area, clean reserved party area, overall wish I can give more than 5 stars. It was a great experience! The party was booked later so there wasn't as many people and it wasn't as crowded for the kids either. Loved that the areas you can reserve are spacious for the guests. My son is 6 and really enjoyed himself.

1. What can I bring in regards to food?
Any food is allowed as long as it does not require installation, heating, refrigeration, or electricity.
Food carts, chafing fuel cans, open flames, hot plates, warmers, or cooking equipment are not permitted.
2. What decorations can I bring?
What decorations are NOT permitted?
Simple, free-standing decorations are permitted.
The following are NOT permitted?
Balloon arches or structures, piñatas, confetti, glitter, sparklers or sparkler candles, tape on walls, or any ceiling decor.
3. Can I bring face paint or outside vendors?
To help keep our equipment clean and safe, face paint, body paint, slime, or color sprays are not allowed, as they can stain surfaces.
Outside vendors or entertainers are not permitted unless approved ahead of time by Ninja Factory
4. Can I upgrade my party area?
Can I change to a smaller area?
Party area upgrades are area-dependent and may be available if space allows. Please contact us in advance to check availability.
Changes to a smaller party package are area-dependent and may be available if space allows. If a smaller area is not available, you may choose to reschedule your party. * see Can I reschedule?
5. Can I reschedule?
Please contact us at least 7 days in advance of booking date to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable.
6. What if all my guests do not arrive?
We do not offer discounts or refunds if fewer guests attend than originally booked.

Parties held on weekdays (Monday - Thursday) receive 15% off
Military/law enforcement receive 10% off with a valid ID
*discounts can not be stacked; one discount per event
8. Can I add an extra hour?
Extra time may be available the day of your event. Ask at check in.
An extra hour is available for Prime and Elite parties booked in the last time slot Sundays . For pricing please call.
